Reduce the number of output/log files

• Join stderr and stdout together in the same .log file
• Name log files with step name + collection + lang + batch
• Suffix temp out files only with .tmp.

These have the disadvantage of being less debug friendly, as only one output/log per job will be kept, but reduces a lot the number of files in case a step fails and is run many times.
