`Per Project` vs `Global` settings

Currently the configuration is global. The same settings apply to all projects.

I wanted to use this plugin because I wanted to be able to browse some directories in Project View even though they are marked as Excluded (in Preferences : Directories). I enabled Project View : Tree Appearance : Show Excluded Files, and then used this plugin to fold the excluded directories I didn't want to see.

This works pretty well. But it applies the same rules to all projects, which can be a problem.
