* Bump js-yaml and mocha in /packages/stitch

Bumps [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml) to 3.14.2 and updates ancestor dependency [mocha](https://github.com/mochajs/mocha). These dependencies need to be updated together.
