Debian Testing LLVM 16.0.6 is deprecated and removed from APT repos #376
Description
CMake Error at IGC/cmake/igc_llvm.cmake:14 (find_package):
Could not find a configuration file for package "LLVM" that is compatible
with requested version "16.0.6".
The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:
/usr/lib/llvm-19/cmake/LLVMConfig.cmake, version: 19.1.7
/lib/llvm-19/cmake/LLVMConfig.cmake, version: 19.1.7
LLVM-16 very old and deprecated, it can no longer be installed via APT.
