• sw-gateway timebomb.. on initial request (block) or send response and then unregister?
  • neither of these are great solutions.. we should remove the TTL and expiry.. the browser will ALWAYS download a new version if it exists and the user is online.
• libp2p 3.0.0, implementing in Helia timeline?
  • streams are merged, new version of multiaddr going in shortly.. removing all deprecated stuff.. those are the only API changes affecting Helia.. need to start migration using pre-release version..
  • we need to remove dep on upgrader.. TCP socket connection + addr that was dialable.. and returns encrypyted&libp2p connection.. transports shouldn't need to know about this (current injected into transports by libp2p).. but migrating fully to handled by libp2p makes more sense. shouldn't affect public API but will break all transports as they currently exist
  • writing upgrade/migration guide.. blogpost.. etc..
• Some cool changes coming? routing/http: add support for GetClosestPeers (IPIP-476) boxo#1021
  • we can remove the need for DHT work in the browser.. much lighter work in the browser.
