Indicate whether a provider is web friendly

Background

It would be useful to have a tick showing whether a provider has multiaddrs that are dialable from the web. Most likely checking for Secure WebSockets, WebTransport, and WebRTC-direct multiaddrs.

In the future we may also want to add a check for the http multiaddrs, assuming that we implement ipfs/specs#496.
