Add module-info.class to jboss-logging-processor

Allow consumers to use them in a requires static in their own module-info.

TBH I'm not sure that jboss-logging-processor is required.

The jboss-logging-annotations subproject does have module-info.java already. Its module is called org.jboss.logging.annotations.
