Use SystemD unit templates

What problem are you trying to solve?

There is a unit file prosody-v.service.template
Then it's replaced with sed

jitsi-meet/resources/extra-large-conference/pre-configure.sh

cp prosody-v.service.template /lib/systemd/system/prosody-v${i}.service

What solution would you like to see?

The SystemD natively supports such template units https://fedoramagazine.org/systemd-template-unit-files/
