Some types of ipynb notebooks served from GitHub get garbled

Description

Some ipynb notebooks get garbled. Not all. Seems like certain notebooks with complex plots.

Here is what ChatGPT suspects is the problem.

Recommended fix per ChatGPT is

Try opening this file
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nmfs-opensci/EDMW-EarthData-Workshop-2025/main/tutorials/Tutorial_3_moana-erddap.ipynb

It gets a invalid JSON error.

Expected behavior

If I open the same file with File > Open from URL, it works fine.
