Steps to reproduce

Try to disable AuthMe (5.6.0-bCUSTOM) delayJoinMessage and enable ChatControl's authme implementation of delay join message, players can't login due to "Database is loading".

@kangarko I don't know if you remember this old issue. I'll be doing some tests once again to see if I spot it but I may need your help on this one.
