Online/offline status

After new scan when a device is offline, it still shows as online but last seen is old

The database insertion should be modified so it would change the status from online to offline if the host in not found after a new scan

this is resolved with PR-58 and merged into dev3.3

lets remove this from the deep scan script because it will stay offline for a long time until it is finished and just keep the fast scan updating the online/offline status
