Most openZIM nightly build have a wrong filename

I should be an underscore before the date part, not a dash. See https://download.openzim.org/nightly/2025-10-09/

Well it's been like this forever and only javascript ones don't respect the pattern.
Please open a ticket on operations when the change is in place as the nightly redirect are based on this - obviously.
I also think it makes more sense to separate the date with a _.

Please handle kiwix ones likewise, the ticket seems limited to openZIM…
