Update Monitoring and Metrics Documentation to Reflect Feature Lifecycle Changes

Summary

Several monitoring alerts have been deprecated as they do not indicate genuine issues. This issue tracks updating monitoring documentation to remove deprecated alerts and update metric information.

Background

• v1.5.0: KubevirtVmHighMemoryUsage alert deprecated
• v1.3.0: KubeVirtComponentExceedsRequestedCPU and KubeVirtComponentExceedsRequestedMemory alerts deprecated (do not indicate genuine issues)

Files to Update

docs/cluster_admin/component_monitoring.md

• Remove or mark as deprecated KubevirtVmHighMemoryUsage alert
• Remove or mark as deprecated KubeVirtComponentExceedsRequestedCPU alert
• Remove or mark as deprecated KubeVirtComponentExceedsRequestedMemory alert
• Add notes explaining why these alerts were deprecated

docs/cluster_admin/metrics.md

• Update alert documentation to reflect current supported alerts
• Remove deprecated alert references
• Update any metric documentation that references removed alerts
