Proposal: Add Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) Documentation for KubeVirt #950

Dear KubeVirt Community,
Hello!
We are the Cloud-Native Technology team at China Mobile, with extensive experience in Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud-native application deployment. We are active participants in the open-source ecosystem and would like to contribute to KubeVirt by providing official documentation in Simplified Chinese, helping more Chinese users understand and adopt KubeVirt.
Motivation
KubeVirt has a large and rapidly growing user base in China. To help local users access high-quality technical materials more easily, we hope to provide a comprehensive set of Chinese documentation with the following benefits:
- Lower the learning barrier for new users
- Help Chinese readers better understand KubeVirt’s core features and best practices
- Enhance KubeVirt’s influence in the Chinese market, and strengthen the local ecosystem
Proposal
We plan to organize and maintain the translation effort as follows:

Create a /docs/zh-cn directory in the official repository (or follow any structure recommended by the community).

Continuously maintain and update the Chinese documentation to keep it aligned with the English content and new feature releases.
Questions for the Community
To ensure smooth collaboration, we would appreciate guidance from the community on the following points:

Is the community open to accepting contributions of Chinese-language documentation?

Should the Chinese documentation be submitted directly via PR to the main repository, or would the community prefer that we maintain it in a separate repository first?
We are committed to strictly following the community’s contribution guidelines, maintaining translation quality, and ensuring timely synchronization with English documentation.
