AvantGarde does not work when solution does not produce Exe Executable

So basically I would like to preview the design of a Jetbrains Rider project build under Linux. That does not generate an Exe file and subsequently AvantGrade errors out.

Yup, it's not me -- it's the Avalonia preview server that needs an app project in the solution.

You can still preview a class library tho, but you need to specify then app project, even if its just a dummy. You can do so from the AG project settings window:
