[FEAT] Add dependencies for autobpm plugin

Wanted change

I use the autobpm plugin regularly when managing my beets library. Could the dependencies for this plugin be added to the images? I believe the main dependency is librosa.

Reason for change

I would like to use the autobpm plugin.

Proposed code change

Addition of installing librosa as part of the pip install steps in the Dockerfile.

The Docker mod doesn't appear to be a solution as beets is installed inside a virtualenv and the mod-installed pip packages are not accessible to it.

The mod installs pip packages in the same venv as the venv is activated container wide
