Unable to connect to the endpoint

I'm following the setup guide, and I'm encountering issues when setting the account:

litmusctl config set-account
vdpoint where litmus is installed: http://xx.x.xx.xxx:xxxx
Host endpoint where litmus is installed: http://xx.x.xx.xxx:xxxx
Username [Default: admin]: admin
Username [Default: admin]: admin
Password: ******
Password: ******
Post "http://xx.x.xx.xxx:xxxx/auth/login": dial tcp xx.x.xx.xxx:xxxx: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

I selected the ip and port by looking at the server service pod:

Any suggestion is appreciated.
