Add Odometer component for animated numeric displays in dashboards

I’d like to propose adding an Odometer-style numeric display component to FluxUI.
This component would allow dashboards to show numbers that update with a smooth, animated “rolling” effect—useful for metrics, counters, totals, or any value that changes over time.

Why this would be useful

• Enhances visual feedback in dashboards and data displays.
• Makes changing values more noticeable for users.
• Provides a more polished and modern UI for real-time metrics.

What the component could include

• Smooth rolling animation when values change.
• Configuration options for format (integer, decimal, currency, etc.).
• Adjustable animation speed.
• Theming support to align with existing FluxUI styles.
• Optional prefixes/suffixes (%, €, etc.).
