Remove experimental Tableau integration

The Tableau integration is apparently quite broken, and LNT has more stable and robust APIs to extract data which can then be fed into Tableau anyway.

Yeah, I could never get this working with the Apple Tableau server because of network permissions. It did working locally from Tableau desktop, though.

Might be good to remove it; unless there is a consumer.
