Tutorial: Reduntant markdown guide #7296

Describe the bug
Even if these are 2 different links, it is redundant to have two links to markdown guide
To Reproduce
- Go to any course
- Create a new tutorial group
- Check that you can see the two links (see the screenshot above)
Expected behavior
In other places, like problem statements, we don't have the link GitHub Markdown Guide. Just the question icon in the right-low corner.
