switch from the abandoned albumentations to albumentationsx library

The creators of albumentations changed from their open source model to a not-free-for-commertial-use model and started distributing the library as `albumentationsx`

This package is broken with albumentations 2.0 apparently as reported in #411 and I think that issue should not be closed and the new syntax should be used.
