iconRotationAlignment is not supported

Hey! I see that iconRotationAlignment property is not supported yet in SymbolStyleLayer... Is there workaround for that?

Also I am ready to contribute, but not sure if it is enough to add it in here and that's it

Yes - you need to add the macro to the top, but also, check out makeMLNStyleLayer() in the same file where you then have to assign the generated property value to the corresponding layer property.
