znap install "not necessary anymore"

So, I just upgraded znap and got 2c19e0b pulled in, which removes znap install and znap uninstall because "they're not necessary anymore".

This causes my zsh configuration to no longer work because it has znap install zsh-users/zsh-completions in it.

What should I replace that command with?

I assume from the added README section that it's

znap clone zsh-users/zsh-completions
fpath+=(~[zsh-users/zsh-completions]/src)

but explicit notes on what the commands do (and do not do) when compared to one another would be really helpful.
