Backup /home/steam/valheim and try removing its contents and retrying

hmm thats super weird, on your host are you running any special software that could be restricting the amount of space the engine can use? like docker desktop or docker machine sometimes has restrictions on vol sizes

I added a line to entrypoint.sh to run "df -h" before launching the server and built and ran the image locally:
