Checked logs

Expected: Server is cleanly restarted (messages sent via webhook, world saved, restart, etc)

Actual result: A log file titled "scheduled-restart.out" is produced with the contents
You must run this script as the steam user!

Notes: as far as i can tell my user id is 1000 but I'm not certain I'm determining this correctly

This can be closed. As of 3.0.4 this started working without any change on my end.
