[Feature Request]: Hide settings when node is_managed

Feature or improvement you want

When a device is managed do we really need access to settings?
We could potentially be hiding these, and at the very least should read only if not already.

Potentially 3 modes:

1. is_managed: all settings hidden
2. Basic: Region, Channels, User, Device Role, Position, Bluetooth, Network,
3. Advanced: all settings currently available in the android app.
