Query on Displaying Adaptive Card on M365

Hello there!

I have created an agent on Copilot Studio and have already published it, however the adaptive card is not showing on my agent on M365. Everything works fine and well on the "Test" pane in Copilot Studio. I've already checked that I am on version 1.5 which supports adaptive cards and also made sure that the action used were before the newer v1.6 (action that I am using is Action.Submit). If anyone encounters the same issue and have successfully solved this, feel free to reach out! (or we could discuss solving this too)
