[BUG]: Settings app: MIDI 2.0 device shows multiple related MIDI 1.0 API ports in SDK after reconnection #795
Description
A MIDI 2.0 device, like the Waldorf Iridium, shows multiple associated MIDI 1.0 API ports if it is disconnected and then reconnected after having already been enumerated in that session.
The correct number of ports shows in the MIDI console:
The correct number also show in midi1enum, through WinMM
(and also through midi enum legacy-winrt-api-endpoints)
But an incorrect number shows in Settings:
The ports are all duplicate entries
