What is your question?

I'm reading this part right now. And I'm quite confused about this point.

In the node it says

Expired entities will not appear in any search or query results.

However in the following text it says

Because the deletion process is asynchronous, data might not be removed from search results exactly once the specified TTL has elapsed.

Could you please make it more clear about the expired entities?

1. Will the expired entities exist in the search result?
2. In which cases the expired entities exist in the search result?
3. In which cases the expired entities don't exist in the search result?
