New Block: Mesecons Conductor #25
Description
I propose a new block to be added to this modpack. What if there was a block, a full-node cubical block, that could conduct a mesecons signal, kind of like a water pump inside a wall? I know a mese block can already do this, but that's really expensive to just conduct a signal.
