Idea: Move all crafting to the workshop

What do you think of letting all crafting happen in the workshop?

This would allow us to avoid thinking about different recipes, it would allow more fine-tuning of the needed ingredients, and it would add a bit more realism.

Additionally, this would solve the problem of recipe conflicts.
