Starman worker zombie processes showing up #152
Description
For about three month we have been noticing an increasing number of zombie processes in our catalyst web application.
It looks like certain starman worker processes spawning one or more new worker processes which become a zombie and stays around quite a time until cleaned by something. That has a impact in the performance and causes quite trouble.
We are not sure what is the cause of the problem. Could be our software but also a bug in starman?
Is there a way to debug starman to get more information about the reason the worker become zombies?
