Provide ebpf script to debug Go code in Envoy

As dlv doesn't support embedded Go runtime, there is no way to run a debugger to debug Go code in Envoy. Not sure if gdb can work well with the Go code. Anyway, it would be better to have some ebpf script to trace the behavior.
