Find a simple way to test the helm charts #647

Description
We have helm charts under https://github.com/mosn/htnn/tree/main/manifests/charts.
Currently, they are not covered by auto tests. We need to provide tests when we fix the bug in the charts or add new features, just like the other part of the code.
Using e2e is too expensive, maybe there are some simple ways...
Unlike other part of the code, we don't need to calculate the coverage for the charts.
