Add an IPv4 address different from the VPN's entry IP to the built-in DNS, or add an IPv6 address.

Feature description

As Mullvad VPN's entry IPs are blocked by some countries, Mullvad’s built-in DNS can't resolve domains whose DNS is hosted in those restricted regions. Adding another address for the built-in DNS could solve the problem.
