Is your feature request related to a problem?
Whenever I submit a problem via FixMyStreet to Norfolk County Council, they state:
Going forward, please set up an account and report issues directly. This will allow you to be kept updated on the status of the problem/s you are reporting.
I want to adhere to an order (or request) from my council as much as I want to enable them to automate the processes, which I appear to be bypassing every time I utilise FMS. However, I want to continue utilising FMS.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, integrate with NCC's SSO API (if one exists; OAuth2?), so that I can generate a report that integrates with their report system, to save them the manual work of bypassing it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Liase with the council to achieve something, since there's obviously a problem.
Additional context
I realise how infeasible this might be if they're uncooperative, but I can't continue to abuse their report process without at least communicating this to you.
