Way to sync scripts in this repo with CDC repo

Need a way to sync the output of this repo (which is not tracked)
to the corresponding data directory in the CDC repo.

This way if the script changes due to bugs or improvements,
the CDC repo will reflect the appropriate data changes

Maybe a pydoit or Makefile?
