[BUG] - Help items have been "minimized" #84

Describe the bug
When I try to run git remote --help in a terminal on Nebari I get
09:53 $ git remote --help
This system has been minimized by removing packages and content that are
not required on a system that users do not log into.
To restore this content, including manpages, you can run the 'unminimize'
command. You will still need to ensure the 'man-db' package is installed.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to run a git help command. I dont know if other tools are affected by this.

How to Reproduce the problem?
- Open a terminal on Nebari (in jupyterlab or vscode)
- Run
git remote --help
