Is there any way to have the docker instance set up with composer installed?

Hi, All;

I've got a workflow that uses composer to install some dependencies. I'm just wondering if there's a way to install composer into the docker instance created with act.

Sorry if it's obvious, I don't use docker very often, and am completely new to act.
