New model InputBox and QuickPick

InputBox

Created by API window.createInputBox() and window.requestInput()

Features:

• Position support, could be cursor or center.
• Change title.
• Change loading, a loading window would be shown on the right.
• onDidChange event for current input value.
• onDidFinish event emit current input or null when cancelled.

QuickPick

Used to pick single or multiple items with filter support.
Created by API window.showQuickPick() and window.createQuickPick()

Additional key-mappings:

<C-f>               - scroll forward quickpick list.
<C-b>               - scroll backward quickpick list.
<C-j> <C-n> <down>  - move to next item in quickpick list.
<C-k> <C-p> <up>    - move to previous item in quickpick list.
<C-space>           - toggle selection of current item in quickpick list when
canSelectMany is supported.
