Change default diagnostic.*Sign

How about use same icons for diagnostic.{error,warning,info}Sign as g:coc_notify_{error,warning,info}_icon? Like:

My two cents: diagnostic.xxxSign is used in vim's signcolumn, text-based sign with a better look.
