Devuan 6 stuck at EFI stub

Describe the bug
Devuan 6 installer stuck at EFI stub: Loaded initrd from LINUX_EFI_INITRD_MEDIA_GUID device path. I already tried to put kernel cmdline params: console=ttyS0,9600, but it doesn't work anyway. I also tried console=tty1 console=ttyS0, since that's how it was set in /proc/cmdline on the default Ubuntu instance, but it still doesn't work. The problem occurs on Oracle Cloud amd64 instances.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Boot Maintenance Manager
2. Select Boot From File
3. Select netboot.xyz.efi
4. Linux Network Installs
5. Devuan 6
6. Text-based installer (or any)

Expected behavior
The installation was expected to start
