Reverting back to previous default QR code label

I am currently on NetBox version 4.1.11 using netbox-qrcode plugin version: 0.0.15.

After testing on Netbox version 4.3.5 using the latest netbox-qrcode plugin version: 0.0.18, the default QR code layout looks significantly smaller and different from the previous version.

I have only enabled the plugin in configuration.py and have not set any custom configuration for this plugin. Will I have to set a custom configuration to get the QR code to look like the previous version for the latest plugin version? If so, is the old QR code default configuration from the previous version available for me to use?
