Does your device actually support only these specific profiles, or can each 800 Gbps port be channelized into 2×400 / 4×200 / 8×100 Gbps independently of other ports? In the latter case the profiles won't really help, and you would just need to insert modules with the appropriate number of interfaces into module bays, but the naming issues are currently unresolved — see #19670 (reply in thread) for my ideas on that. Or you may go with a vendor-specific solution:

I've started migrating away from inventory items and have embraced the SFP modules and am really loving how the interfaces get created automatically when an SFP is populated, greatly reducing clutter with all the unused interfaces.
I've run into a small issue with regards to a device type supporting multiple breakout ports, thus changing all the modules depending on which switch configuration was applied.
It would be great if there were multiple module bay profiles we could select from and apply a specific one to a given switch. Maybe there is a way to do this already and I'm just missing it.
Here is the module code I came up with for 1 of our switches.
