confuce layout of documentation

i recommend divide tutorial/blogs and docs (docs and standard lib for example) in different place because i need to search to find the documentation in the documentation tab, is my first time in nim a this literally make me thing that don't have real docs, i end up find it but this make people feel that the doc is a afterthought which isn't.
