Excessive SyN runtime

What happened?

SyN is taking over two hours on a dataset with 1.8 mm BOLD and 0.8mm T1w.

SyN used to resample the anatomical to the BOLD resolution. Any high frequency shifts found using the additional resolution should be smoothed out by the bs_filter in any event, so it seems like wasted effort.
