typescript --legacy-peer-deps

`npm install`ing doesn't work. 
On some remote environment, it's harder to thrown in the `--legacy-peer-deps` flag so it'd be nice to have a working solution in this repo. I can't test locally as my setup have other issues with Gyp and python versions, but this seems to be the first roadblock in hosting Noco on Dokku (open-source heroku-like hosting).
