Update to 3.13. #182
Description
Just wanted to report that at first-glance very-little has changed from 3.9 to 3.13 (Python's current stable version). Some-one familiar with the source-code could probably implement the changes relatively rapidly, especially when most changes seem to be removing and deprecating methods.
This is not a big deal as the changes have been minor but it would save users from needing to go check what's changed since 3.9 to be up-to-speed with the port and would generally be a good idea if some-one could do it.
The same seems to apply to 3.14 also (Python's current development version).
Thank you very much for this project, it's a miles-better parser than anything else I found on NPM or JSR!
