Creates a new gist every time

• OS Version: Ubuntu 22.04

• VSCode Version: 1.73.1 (22314)

Expected Behavior

When I sync, itupdaates the existing gist instread of creating a new one. This happens even if I tell it which gist to use.

Actual Behavior

Almost every time it syncs it creates a new gist:

1. Setup sync

2. Sync multiple times

3. See multiple gists created

Someone else had encountered this issue before, but after investigation, there is currently no way to reproduce it. Therefore, there may be no solution for the time being. Sorry for the inconvenience.
