[InputNumber] Prevent input focus when using decrement/increment buttons

Hello,

Would it make sense to prevent the input from gaining focus when tapping the decrement or increment buttons?

For example, on iOS the keyboard doesn’t open automatically unless the user intentionally interacts with the input itself.
